Clubhouse Server

At Bellerive Country Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Clubhouse Server to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Clubhouse Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in our upscale dining rooms.

• Food and Beverage Service: Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Menu Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including food and beverage pairings, to provide expert recommendations to members and guests.
• Service Standards: Maintain the highest standards of service, adhering to our club's policies and procedures, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Culinary Team and other Food and Beverage staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate orders, efficient service, and a clean and organized dining environment.
• Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the club and its members, including working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
