About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process new hire paperwork and other staff-related documents.
  • Submit payroll data to generate staff payroll checks.
  • Reconcile cash advances and custodial with further review via Accounts Payable department.
  • Represent the program, answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting staff with program matters.
  • Conduct Medicaid/Medicare Fraud Eligibility Screens if required by program funding source for new hires.
  • Maintain staff training records and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with database management.
