Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Investment Funding Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our loan services to other home flippers and real estate investors. If you have a proven track record of success in residential real estate investing and are passionate about helping others achieve their investment goals, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our loan services to other home flippers and real estate investors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our loan products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 10 homes flipped in the past
  • Deep experience in residential real estate investing
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • A strong understanding of our loan products and services
