Healthcare Accreditation Manager

Job Summary:
InoMedic Health Applications Inc is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Accreditation Manager to join our team. As a Healthcare Accreditation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services comply with all relevant regulatory requirements. This includes developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, interfacing with various stakeholders, and providing leadership and expertise in quality management. You will also be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of accreditation, including preparing and presenting reports on key regulatory requirements, serving as a liaison between accreditation/regulatory bodies and the organization, and managing onsite accreditation and regulatory surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Interface with various stakeholders, including accreditation/regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
* Provide leadership and expertise in quality management, including managing the full lifecycle of accreditation
* Prepare and present reports on key regulatory requirements, including maintaining a dashboard on key performance metrics
* Serve as liaison between accreditation/regulatory bodies and the organization
* Manage onsite accreditation and regulatory surveys, including triaging presentation of surveyors and directing survey command center activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or currently enrolled in a BSN program and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
* Valid, unrestricted Washington State nurse license
* Obtain APIC Infection Control training within 90 days of hire
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
* Project manage large organization-wide initiatives
* Problem solve and make decisions
* Interpret legal and regulatory documents
