Position Overview- Specialty: Physical Therapy

Compensation Details
Estimated earnings of approximately $3046.00 per week, subject to adjustments based on eligibility and seasonal factors. Hourly rates range from $38.00 to $45.00, depending on shift length.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile Physical Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services in a home health setting. You will be expected to:
- Conduct an average of 4-6 patient visits daily, depending on the nature of the visits.
- Utilize Homecare Homebase documentation for patient records.
- Provide care in the South side of Chicago/Cook County area.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in home health and Oasis documentation.
