Job Overview

Road Scholars Restorations LLC is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sub-Assembly Refinisher. This role is critical to our restoration process, requiring attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage parts from multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Repair, media blast, refinish, and mix primers and paints to achieve concours-level results.
  • Collaborate with assembly technicians and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Requirements
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to our craft.
  • Basic knowledge of primer/surfacers, application of single-stage and base/clear paint systems.
  • Experience with sheet metal work is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience with BASF paint systems is a plus, but not a requirement.
