Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Tech to lead our daily operations and ensure the highest quality imaging and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of interventional imaging services, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor patient documentation for accuracy and completeness, and oversee quality control testing and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide training and coaching to department staff, and serve as a resource to the team.
  • Ensure prompt submission of high-quality images and documents to PACS, and maintain a clean and safe department environment.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from CCI, Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from ARRT, or Radiology Tech licensure issued by the Illinois Emergency Mgmt Agency.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
