About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in the care of our patients, working closely with our healthcare team to provide personalized nutrition plans and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze lab results and develop nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication

Requirements
  • State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
  • Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
