We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Program Coordinator to join our team at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. As a key member of our Cath Lab team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrophysiology program.

About the Role

The Electrophysiology Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating procedures with medical device representatives, performing and assisting in electrophysiology procedures, maintaining billing compliance, and training new employees.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates procedures with medical device representatives to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performs and assists in electrophysiology procedures using advanced 3D mapping systems.
  • Maintains accurate billing records to ensure compliance with departmental policies.
  • Trains new employees on electrophysiology procedures and protocols.
  • Schedules procedures and maintains inventory of lab equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cath lab or electrophysiology.
  • Knowledge of specialty equipment and tools.
