Senior Licensed Vocational Nurse

We're seeking a highly skilled and flexible LVN to join our team. This role requires a Team Assistant with a highly flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. You'll travel to various ambulatory clinics throughout the greater Southern California area, providing support to our patients and colleagues. Days and hours may vary depending on assignments, and you'll need to be able to respond quickly to urgent situations.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in nursing, including experience with phlebotomy, CPR, injections, and other skills within the scope of practice. You'll also need to be highly flexible, able to work a variable schedule, and travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health community-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and patient care support to a diverse patient population
- Travel to various ambulatory clinics throughout the greater Southern California area
- Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Respond quickly to urgent situations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active LVN license issued by the State of CA Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners and IV Certification
- Active BLS/CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Knowledge of all instruments and supplies to perform physical examinations and procedures
- Ability to take vital signs, administer medications, and obtain drug refills
- Experience performing phlebotomy, CPR, injections, and other skills within scope of practice
