Position Summary:

  • Oversee and execute HCC coding methodologies
  • Review all RAPS submissions for precision
  • Offer coding knowledge and administrative guidance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform continuous audits to uphold coding quality benchmarks
  • Create educational resources for providers to accurately document acute and chronic conditions
  • Monitor and report on the status of coding audits
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards
  • Support training initiatives and maintain documentation

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of coding experience within a healthcare environment
Expertise in MS Office suite and a valid professional coding certification are mandatory

Compensation Range: $54,000 - $81,100 annually
