Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in field operations. This role involves performing and documenting maintenance on aircraft airframes, engines, propellers, and associated systems in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct field maintenance on aircraft, ensuring compliance with the General Maintenance Manual and FAA regulations.
2. Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and documentation.
3. Manage parts inventory and coordinate with the Supply Chain department for spare parts procurement.
4. Maintain tools and ground support equipment in optimal condition.
5. Collaborate with the Operations department to ensure timely communication regarding aircraft status.
6. Provide after-hours maintenance support as needed.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
- 3-5 years of experience with turboprop and/or turbine aircraft maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical and avionics systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
