Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in leading the park team, including supervising and developing staff, managing park operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute business plans, set goals, and track performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our park.
- Manage and maintain park facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet park standards.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a recreation, fitness, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic proficiency in technology, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale systems.
- Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour, plus bonus opportunity.
