Job Summary:

The Vice President of Warehouses is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing warehouse operations across Southern Crown Partners' South Carolina and Georgia footprint. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on management, and a focus on positive employee relations, safety, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, coach, and develop staff to ensure a well-trained, effective team and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Develop and implement uniform, documented operating procedures.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the team on performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coach individuals at all levels to prioritize tasks and execute warehouse operations smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Master's Degree (MBA): Preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sustain physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Administrative Work: 70%
  • Physical Activity: 30%
