Mixology Specialist

Chihuly Garden and Glass is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

• Follow established service standards and timing guidelines to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and food pairing.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service and ensure their needs are met.
• Prepare and maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the mobile bar and storage areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.

• Minimum of three years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and food pairing, and suggestive selling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Valid Washington State Class 12 or Class 13 Alcohol Service Permit and a valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit.

• Competitive hourly rate of $17.25 plus tips.
