The Custodial Technician plays a vital role in supporting the mission of Human Technologies, Inc. by ensuring cleanliness and order in designated areas. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cleaning tasks effectively to meet the expectations of the Project Supervisor and clients.
- Maintain the exterior premises by clearing debris and snow as instructed.
- Complete all required training programs to ensure compliance and safety.
- Keep all cleaning equipment, storage spaces, and janitorial closets organized and presentable.
- Represent the organization professionally, including adhering to a dress code suitable for the role.
- Report any accidents or safety concerns to the Project Supervisor without delay.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with the Project Supervisor and fellow team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Supervisor or their designee.
Qualifications:
- Must be physically capable of meeting the demands of the position, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
- Must successfully pass any necessary background checks as required by federal, state, or local regulations.
