Estimator Job Description

Webcor is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the greater Bay Area. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for interfacing with various professionals, including architects, owner representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Perform estimating duties, including quantity take-offs, database input, and coordination of bid documents.
  • Research product data and suppliers to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Compare competitive bids and prepare Bid Tabs for certain scopes of work.
  • Ensure bidders have complete bid documents, including alternates, and that their bid is filled in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Estimator or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of design development, estimating, construction drawings, costs, and principles.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and estimating software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Range of base pay is $133,000-$154,800. Actual pay is based on individual skill level and experience.
