Position Summary:

The Packing Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the seamless operation of our production line. This position entails overseeing a dedicated team, ensuring that all processes adhere to quality benchmarks, and addressing any challenges that may arise during production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the packing and barcoding operations.
  • Provide direction and support to team members.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the packing area.
  • Configure and troubleshoot the packing cell system.
  • Encourage and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Foster a culture of organization and teamwork.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial processes, particularly in automation.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong communication skills for effective team guidance.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
  • Familiarity with 5S organizational principles.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
