Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and employees to achieve production goals and objectives.

  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that products meet company standards and customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, supply chain management) and 10+ years of experience in a production management role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP, Shop Floor Control, and Inventory Management systems, as well as experience with HACCP and SQF programs.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
