Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive development journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.



Our program is designed to provide a clear career path with opportunities for growth and advancement. You'll work closely with experienced managers and mentors to develop your skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You'll also have the opportunity to establish relationships with customers and partners, and to cultivate new business opportunities.



As a Management Trainee, you'll be based out of one of our neighborhood branches, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our business and develop your skills in a hands-on environment. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure your success, and you'll have the opportunity to progress to a leadership role within the company.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing branch operations, including inventory management, fleet maintenance, and customer service
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and a strong work ethic. You'll also need to be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
