Job Description

This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Perris Elementary. As an Administrative Clerk, you will perform a variety of clerical duties, including typing, filing, and maintaining records or reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate office equipment, such as typewriters, calculators, and copy machines.
  2. Type letters, memoranda, bulletins, reports, minutes, schedules, lists, forms, and other official documents from straight copy or rough draft.
  3. Perform other clerical duties for assigned supervisors and staff members as directed.
  4. Maintain various logs, records, and files related to assigned offices.
  5. Provide accurate information and assistance to students, parents, the public, and staff in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma and six months of experience working in a school or school office environment.
