Job Description

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team at Silverspot Cinema. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take orders, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of beverage menu, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements and Benefits
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some bartending experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
