As a seasoned Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will provide high-level care to critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, and implement effective care strategies. Your ability to think critically and work collaboratively as part of a treatment team will be essential in this role.
Qualifications- 1-2 years of recent experience in the ICU setting
- Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
- Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
- An adventurous spirit with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Covid-19 Vaccine Required
- Provide professional nursing services, including nursing interventions and documentation, case finding, health teaching/counseling, and supportive/restorative care
- Participate in staff training, prepare clinical and administrative reports, maintain infection control standards, and function as a member of a treatment team
- Supervise subordinate professional, paraprofessional, and support staff in patient/resident care duties and maintain inventory standards for medicine, controlled drugs, and narcotics
