Job SummaryWe're seeking a passionate and unique Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Meridian, ID. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, and coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Full licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid state of Idaho license.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Preferred experience working with children, adolescents, and teens, as well as couples, families, and trauma.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims.

- Tons of consultation, support, and supervision.
$57,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
