Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, data analysis, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure accurate inventory levels and service levels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage small performance improvement projects to drive supply chain planning KPIs.
  • Mentor junior analysts to help facilitate accurate work completion.
  • Effectively communicate project timelines, deliverables, and risks to supply chain leadership.
  • Liaise internally with key stakeholders to execute NPI processes.
  • Support the development of repeatable plans and processes to speed time-to-market and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools.

Salary:$104,000 - $142,400 per year, depending on experience.
