Nurse Resident Position at Methodist Dallas Medical Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Resident to join our team at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. As a Nurse Resident, you will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, providing exceptional care to our patients in a Magnet-designated hospital.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care. Your strong communication skills and dedication to building relationships will be essential in creating a positive and supportive environment for our patients and colleagues.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, working closely with our experienced nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification.
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas by the start of the residency program.
- Residency is open to new graduates or experienced RNs with less than one year of experience or seeking to enter acute care for the first time.
