Key Responsibilities- Perform preliminary and hidden damage inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Conduct kit installation inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with final inspections and ensure that inspection records, reports, and forms are properly executed
- Administer warranty returns and perform various audits to maintain quality standards
- Collect and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
- 3 years of hands-on aircraft experience
- FAA Airframe certificate required; A&P certificate preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs. and team lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
- 80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)
- 120 hours Vacation time
