Procurement Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team in Piney Flats, Tennessee. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in acquiring materials from approved suppliers at the best value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop supplier sources, negotiate pricing, and establish long-term purchase agreements.
  • Create and manage purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Analyze MRP, commercial contracts, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve any procurement challenges.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials while addressing any open issues with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on material requirements planning and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Visual Enterprise experience is a plus).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
