Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Care and Handling: Assist with restraining dogs and cats during vaccinations and procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
  • Medical Assistance: Work under veterinary supervision to draw up vaccines, conduct tests, and handle prescription medications.
  • Pet Parent Education: Educate pet owners on the importance of wellness care, including selecting appropriate vaccines and flea/tick products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring pet owners feel informed and confident in their pet's healthcare choices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians and other team members to deliver high-quality care and service.
  • Travel and Weekend Work: Travel in company vehicles to various locations, requiring availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
