Position Summary

We are currently seeking Security Guards for Access Control at a facility in Point Comfort, Texas.

Employment Type: Full Time | Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package | Career Advancement: Opportunities for Growth

Work Schedule: Wednesday 6:00am-12:00pm, Thursday to Saturday 6:00am-6:00pm (Days); Sunday to Tuesday 6:00pm-6:00am, Wednesday 6:00pm-12:00am (Nights)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour | Payment Frequency: Daily and Weekly

Requirements:

  • Possession of a TSA-Issued TWIC Card is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific guidelines, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, adapting to various working environments as dictated by client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of five years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
  • All candidates will be subject to a drug screening, as permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
