At The New IEM, Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled Test & Inspection Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our electrical distribution and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of quality control inspectors and technicians to ensure that all testing and inspection processes are performed correctly.
  • Implement quality control systems to ensure that our products meet industry standards.
  • Assist in the development of work instructions and service information letters.
  • Proactively review and improve manufacturing processes to ensure the maintenance of standards.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure that quality protocols are followed and documentation is correctly maintained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or science-related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

The Test & Inspection Supervisor will work in a shop/warehouse environment with exposure to excessive heat and cold, wet/humid conditions, noise/vibration, hazards, dust, and fumes.
