It is essential for the Mixologist to adhere to all established protocols and procedures concerning beverage preparation and safety controls as dictated by company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional hospitality and service to all guests in a lively, positive, and professional manner, while also collaborating with the rest of the Front of House Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests.
  • Take and process food orders from bar patrons.
  • Complete service bar tickets accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Follow company guidelines for beverage and safety controls.
  • Process guest checks, collect payments, and manage cash and credit transactions in accordance with company policy.
