Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Blackwing Club Mixologist to join our team at Levy.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
- Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary items.
- Maintain stock, prepare, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes.
- Greet guests, take orders, and present drinks using standard recipes.
- Check guests for proper identification and detect inebriation.
- Receive cash, make change, and record charges.
- Lock up and store all beverage products, food, and equipment items.

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
