Cybersecurity Process Specialist

Gunnison Consulting Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Process SME to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Process SME, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cybersecurity training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity incident response plans and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on process development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and HIPAA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
