We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Visualutions, Inc. as a full-time Dayshift (remote based) role. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless healthcare delivery by facilitating the credentialing and enrollment process.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for enrolling new providers, maintaining CAQH profiles, and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

About the Role:

The Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist will work closely with payers, internal teams, and providers to ensure timely application processing and follow-up. Key responsibilities include updating provider information in databases, managing CAQH profiles, and collaborating with teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll and revalidate providers with payers
  • Submit enrollment applications
  • Ensure timely application processing
  • Follow up on application processing
  • Update provider information in databases
  • Manage CAQH profiles and facilitate re-attestations
  • Collaborate with teams and customers
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Audit and update payer directories
  • Verify enrollment status and instructions
  • Maintain provider information in databases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2-4 years of experience in credentialing, preferably in the healthcare sector. Customer Service and Revenue Cycle Management experience is also highly desirable. Proficiency in CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS is required.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
