Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Firmware Engineer to lead the development of advanced next-generation storage systems for the OEM and data center marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware development, with experience in C and C++ programming languages. They will also have a deep understanding of storage protocols, including SAS, SCSI, PCIe, NVMe, and NVMeoF.

The Firmware Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing firmware for enterprise-class storage enclosure products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop firmware for enterprise-class storage enclosure products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
  • Develop and maintain firmware requirements and specifications
  • Provide guidance to Quality Assurance teams for system-level product test execution

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ for RTOS embedded systems
  • Ability to analyze complex firmware and hardware issues
  • Knowledge of software design, real-time operating systems, and hardware-software interfaces
