Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management to drive business growth and improve in-store execution
  • Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on shelf to maximize visibility and sales
  • Set and execute account planned programs to drive sales and improve in-store execution
  • Sell product to store management to improve aisle in-stocks and increase out-of-aisle unplanned space
  • Negotiate with store management for unplanned space throughout the store
  • Lead, train, and work with local market associate representatives to drive sales and improve in-store execution
  • Coordinate and conduct in-store events and demonstrations to drive sales and improve brand awareness
  • Implement point-of-purchase materials and execute projects to drive sales and improve in-store execution
  • Accurately provide key survey data on each account to inform business decisions
  • Be a brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher Price brands and products
  • Participate in meetings and ongoing training to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent, some college preferred
  • Available to work daytime hours during the week and occasional required weekends based on business demands
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have access to reliable internet access
  • Have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle with current car insurance, or reliable transportation
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders up to 12' tall, ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist or chest height, operate power tools (screwdriver & drill), able to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and walk for long periods of time, while adhering to safety policies and expectations
  • Must live within the parameters of the territory to service/partner with assigned stores in the territory

We offer comprehensive benefits for this position, including medical insurance, mileage reimbursement, and a 401K matching program. The base hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $23.75. This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills, and experience.
