Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across several retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and building relationships with store associates and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores and place product on the floor
  • Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need
  • Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best
  • Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store
  • Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions
  • Display setup and maintenance for a variety of products throughout the store
  • Reset displays or product areas based on client needs
  • Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
  • Represent our company and clients in retail stores within your assigned area

Requirements

  • Enjoy working independently in stores while building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers
  • Owning your stores and being the face of our company
  • Effectively communicating with store associates, managers, and our team
  • Leveraging support and sharing best practices with our merchandising team nationwide
  • Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store
  • Completing work within the provided timeframe
  • Closely following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Reporting work the same day it's completed
