About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandiser to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional merchandising support to our retail partners within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and display our products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a designated territory.
  • Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Use a company-issued phone to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time position with 6:15 am start times until work is completed.
  • 5 scheduled shifts per week, with weekends required (days off fall during the week).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but also enjoy interacting with people at work. You should be comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products, and take pride in your work while being detail-oriented.

Total Rewards:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.07, with a rate increase to $17.82 per hour after 6 months.
  • Benefits, subject to eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED).
  • Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
  • Valid driver's license.
