Job Description:

As an entry-level team member at Della Infotech, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the assembly operations to mass-produce products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, or stairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lay out components, supplies, and materials on carts or floors.
  • Stock plates for component set-up.
  • Assemble components under the direction of line leaders.
  • Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • May perform other special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned by location management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • There are no requirements in terms of education or experience.
Competencies:
  • Must be able to read data, measure, and use a hammer.
  • Overtime work could be involved.
