We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at The Vineyard at Fountaingrove community in Santa Rosa, California.
Job Summary:The Caregiver will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with mealtime, including setting up, serving, and cleaning up
- Participate in activities and events, such as games, arts, and crafts
- Assist with transportation to appointments and activities
- Maintain confidentiality and respect resident's privacy
- Report any changes in resident's condition to the Resident Care Coordinator or RN
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience working with the elderly population preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- First Aid and CPR certification
