Job Summary:

The Caregiver will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime, including setting up, serving, and cleaning up
  • Participate in activities and events, such as games, arts, and crafts
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect resident's privacy
  • Report any changes in resident's condition to the Resident Care Coordinator or RN
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous experience working with the elderly population preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • First Aid and CPR certification
