Job Title: CNA Memory Care

At HumanGood, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Memory Care program, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-directed care to residents, focusing on their interests and needs
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage residents to participate in recreational activities and create a sense of community
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant License
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.25-$27/hour, depending on experience
  • Shift differential/Additional Hourly Pay: $3 for weekend shifts
