  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including kitchen staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective service delivery, quality food preparation, and a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
