About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our Dining team at RiverWoods Exeter. As a Full Time Cook, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality food services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook hot and cold food items according to production sheets and standardized recipes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food handling practices in performing food production tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Director of Culinary Operations to review and confirm daily production amounts, culinary techniques, and timing for resident meal services and special functions.
  • Attend in-service trainings to stay up-to-date on culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, pristine, and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED/HiSET.
  • 2-4 years of culinary experience preferred.
  • ServSafe Certificate preferred.
