Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Radiology Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing timely and high-quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
  • Conducting quality control checks and audits on radiologic equipment.
  • Executing drug screens, urinalysis, and other in-house lab tests, including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs of activities, including in-house lab work and x-rays sent to other labs.
  • Ensuring adherence to occupational procedures and client preference cards.
  • Assisting with general patient care as needed.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences.
  • A current ARRT license.
  • A General Medical Radiology Technician (GMRT) license if required by the state.
  • The ability to obtain BLS Certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment.
