Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including clinical sessions and administrative work
- Manage patient care continuity and ensure seamless transitions
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts
- Must be eligible for credentialing at Boston Medical Center
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a federal and state narcotic registration
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and experience working in community health centers is desirable
