About the Role

ColdFlo Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a skilled Ammonia Service Technician to join our team in the Sonoma & Napa County market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair industrial refrigeration equipment, including chillers, CO2 ventilation systems, boilers, valves, and controls.
  • Perform system calibrations and start-ups, including compressor alignment.
  • Ensure safe handling of ammonia refrigeration systems and Halo-carbon (Freon) Systems.
  • Participate in a team atmosphere, promoting conflict resolution, diversity, and ethical practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Service Coordinators regarding work order progress, scheduling, and customer needs.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting 75lbs and working at heights.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience working with industrial refrigeration systems.
  • EPA 608 universal certification.
  • RETA CIRO a Plus certification.
  • Refrigeration Trade School graduate a Plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear DMV record.
