Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Regional Warehouses, the Warehouse Clerk plays a crucial role in the efficient management and processing of data within the Assembly Department. This position involves maintaining accurate records and daily outputs for the Assembly team, as well as handling incoming parts shipments and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to ensure proper inventory management. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and process Assembly Team orders using SAP

· Keep track of daily output data for the Assembly team in Excel

· Monitor and distribute open production orders

· Receive and verify parts shipments

· Process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)

· Systematically and physically organize received parts into storage locations

· Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory

· Assist in confirming outbound orders for accuracy

· Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator for cross-training in backup duties

· Update and share weekly spreadsheets

· This position does not involve supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required

· Associate's degree or relevant experience is preferred

Experience:

· Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous

Additional Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential

· Experience with SAP is mandatory

· Knowledge of cycle counting procedures

· Willingness to cross-train in various business areas
