Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in a food service management or restaurant management position, demonstrating leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Current ServSafe certification, showing commitment to food safety and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts, and possess reliable transportation and communication methods.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, effective decision-making under pressure, and ability to delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, taking initiative and solving problems creatively.
