About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at San Marcos Treatment Center. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement daily program schedules and provide support to patients in a psychiatric residential treatment setting.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health and therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Psychiatric experience preferred (2 years).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Able to pass a Criminal Background check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
